After more than fifteen years making his Ibiza catering business "El Catering Frances Ibiza" one of the best on the island, while continuing his Ibiza Chef Villa home chef business created in 2006, Alexis has just spent four years as a chef for yachts around the world. Alexis, with his young, dynamic and talented team of chefs, assistants, butlers, waiters and bartenders, will make your holidays unforgettable, taking care of every detail.

Flexible arrangements designed around your itinerary. Whether you need a single unforgettable dinner or full-time culinary management.

Full Day Service

Chef available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, for up to 8 guests in family-style service. 13h per day: 1h shopping, 3h breakfast, 4h lunch and 5h dinner.

Half Day Service

Chef available for breakfast, lunch or dinner, for up to 8 guests — two services per day. 10h per day: 1h shopping, 4h breakfast and 5h lunch or dinner.

Breakfast Service

Start the day with a freshly prepared breakfast in your villa — your chef shops, cooks, serves and leaves the kitchen spotless.

Lunch or Dinner Service

A bespoke lunch or dinner cooked and served in your villa — family or plated style, tailored to your tastes.

We require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice to ensure we can source the finest ingredients and secure your preferred chef. During peak summer season, we recommend booking weeks in advance.

Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke menus and can flawlessly accommodate vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and any specific food allergies.

Yes. Our service is completely end-to-end. We source all ingredients, prepare the meal, serve it, and ensure your kitchen is left immaculately clean.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee.

Our private chef service covers private homes and villas for up to 39 guests. By law, private chef services cannot cover weddings or events for 40 guests or more, so we are unable to take on larger bookings.
